Our Policies

Shipping

Our shipping rates are weight based and are provided at the time of checkout.  Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.

Unopened products can be returned for a credit of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.  Product(s) causing a negative or allergic reaction can be exchanged on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged Products

We do our best to package all of our goods, specifically our candles that are poured in glass jars.  With that said, there is always a risk of items being damaged during the shipping process.  If any part of your order is damaged upon arrival, please send an email to sarah@theestyandco.com and include the following:

  • Photo of damaged item(s)

  • Photo of the outside of the shipping box

  • Photo of the inside of the shipping box with the shipping materials

​

Upon receiving your email and photos, we will be sure to ship out a replacement free of charge or provide a refund.  Please note, replacements and refund processing will not occur until we have receive all documented photos.
